Why We Created the Strawberry Latte

As summer hits its stride, it’s the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing Strawberry Latte.

Strawberry drinks are loved by most, and we made this recipe just for you—something easy, sweet, and perfect for warm or cozy days, or even to level up your matcha latte.

The Strawberry Latte is inspired by the simple joy of hanging out with friends and family—sunny afternoons, easy conversations, and something delicious to sip on.

It starts with creamy milk infused with the sweet flavor of strawberry—fresh, fruity, and just the right amount of indulgent.

At Crafti, we wanted to create a drink that feels like summer in a cup—and this one delivers.

Ingredients

3g Ceremonial Uji Matcha Powder
40ml Water
4g Strawberry powder
80ml Milk of Choice
5g Sugar (or to taste)
Ice

Directions

Sieve matcha powder into a cup.
Add warm water, sugar and whisk until clump-free.
Blend milk and strawberry powder together in a separate with an electric whisk
Fill a cup with ice, pour in the milk blend, then layer with the matcha mixture on top!
Optional topping: create a strawberry cream foam by whisking 2 tbsp of heavy cream with 2g of Strawberry Powder.
