All-time favourite Affogato, with a Matcha twist. Surprise yourself with the creaminess of this sweet treat. There's no turning back.
2 tsps of Barista Uji Matcha Powder
60ml of warm water
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
A Matcha Whisk or electric whisk
Sieve 2 tsps of Uji Matcha powder in a bowl
Add 60ml of warm water
Whisk using Matcha Whisk or electric whisk
Scoop 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a cup
Pour whisked Matcha into cup
Stir and enjoy!
