Shipping policy

United States Shipping

Shipping is free for orders US$40 and above within the continental United States.

For orders below US$40, a shipping fee of US$12.95 applies.

Shipping takes 3-8 working days by tracked courier.

International Shipping

We provide shipping on all items to the following countries at the rates below:

Shipping Times

International shipments are made by express courier and may take between 5-14 working days, depending on distance. Tracking information will be provided once order is despatched. 

International Shipments / Customs Duties & Taxes 

You, the customer, shall be responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence, and acknowledge and accept that it is your financial responsibility to do so. We shall not be responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. We also expressly decline liability for payments owed for customs, taxes, duties, and any other entry, or similar, "customs fees" charges assessed by the country of destination, or associated carrier-charges, including but not limited to brokerage.

International orders may be shipped as Delivery-Duties-Unpaid (DDU), and in any case it is the responsibility of the addressed-recipient to accept and pay any charges, including but not limited to customs fees, which are assessed; it is otherwise agreed that the addressed-recipient will abandon the package.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we shall not be responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
