We made this with our Patissier Uji Matcha - selected to get perfectly balanced umami Matcha bakes.
I love the tumbler from Crafti as I filled it with my matcha latte. It looked like the one I drank it from cafe.
I’ve always wanted to try crafti matcha but have always been too lazy to make my own matcha for the longest time. Finally caved in and subscribed to the welcome kit, and I’m glad I did! It came with an electric frother, a precision scoop and of course a packet of matcha powder, which since then I’ve regularly made a few good cups of matcha latte weekly. Customer service was so responsive when I emailed them, looking forward to my next subscription!
the flavour is very similar to freeze dried strawberries. not your typical usual strawberry matcha but nonetheless still an easy way to get a quick strawberry matcha fix!
