We made this with our Patissier Uji Matcha - selected to get perfectly balanced umami Matcha bakes.
The set is packaged very exquisitely and it's suitable for gifting. Craft tea fox is very responsive and provides valuable customer service as well.
Bought it as a gift together with the gift bag. My friend loved it! I had tried CTF matcha before and the quality is really good! :) Liked the easy to follow instructional videos too.
This is my 4th repeated order. It’s absolutely my all time favourite Matcha and Hojicha from Craft Tea Fox. Their super smooth and authentic taste that makes me repurchasing from them.
Bought this as a present for myself during the 7.7 sale. The crystal chawan is so pretty but its quite small. The set comes with all the things that you need to make matcha
Happy I got the Awakening set. It’s just right for a personal cup of matcha to start the morning off. I was debating whether to get a more traditional short whisk but am glad I got the long handle - easier on the wrist to use. The Uji ceremonial tea is pleasant - smooth and not too bitter.
Never thought I could make a Matcha latte in such a breeze. Simply followed the instructions given and got a quick "teleport" to Kyoto, a place I've missed dearly... Will be trying other recipes with fruits. Be creative!
I bought this set for my daughter as her Christmas present as she likes matcha latte and that is the drink she usually orders at cafes. My family enjoys a good chat over food and drinks, so I'm happy to add another option to our collection of beverages at home. The quality of matcha powder is great, not powdery, hardly bitter and has a aromatic fragrance.
I bought this set for my daughter as her Christmas present as she likes matcha latte, which is usually found in cafes. This presents a "problem" as I'm more of the kopi sort than espresso drinks kinda person. So this matcha set perfectly fills the gap as she can make her own matcha latte at home while I dabao my kopi from the kopitiam. My family enjoys a good chat over food and drinks, so I'm happy to add another option to our collection of beverages at home. The quality of matcha powder is great; fine so it's not powdery and is hardly bitter but has a aromatic fragrance.
You can smell the fragrance of the matcha right from the moment you open the pack. It only took a few minutes to whisk the tea to product froth. The recipe on the packaging is easy to get right for homemade matcha latte.
My first time trying matcha and buying without any research. Glad I randomly decided on the ceremonial grade as I subsequently found out that it is meant for drinking on its own. Well-balanced and not bitter (water temperature is also important), which is a great choice for beginners if you want to be pleasantly introduced to matcha.
