Can I add my company logo to the box?

Yes! We can add a logo either by pasting a sticker, or printing custom sleeves that can be slotted on each box. 

Do note that about a 2-4 week lead time required. 

Can I create a fully customised box?

Yes! We can provide this service for orders 500 boxes and above. 

Do note that the lead time will be about 2 months. There may be additional fees involved.

Can I add a customised card or note for each gift?

Yes! We can provide custom cards or notes. These will be printed.

Do note that about a 2-4 week lead time required, and it will have to be 1 design for all notes.

How long will it take to deliver?

If no customisation is required, delivery within Singapore can be completed in 4-7 working days from order confirmation.

Can I get a discount for a bulk order?

Yes! We offer bulk order discounts for orders $500 and above.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow. 

Credit card payments are also accepted, but additional fees may apply.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to a single location is usually included in our quote for bulk orders.

If you require delivery to multiple locations, additional delivery charges of about $4 per location may apply.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

To confirm your order, a 50% deposit will need to be paid upfront. 

All remaining amounts will need to be paid 2 working days prior to delivery.
