Ceremonial Uji Matcha is a daily ceremonial-grade Matcha, selected for a balance between taste and affordability, and may retain slightly bitter notes when mixed with too little water. Ceremonial Reserve is a luxury Matcha - it prioritises great taste and is meant for special occasions, or as a treat.
