From Japan's Finest Regions
Uji, Kyoto
The birthplace of ceremonial matcha. Uji's first-flush harvest delivers the depth, richness, and umami that started it all.
Yame, Fukuoka
The misty hills of Fukuoka yield something entirely their own, a first-flush harvest that's sweeter, more floral, and layered.

The Crafti Process
No shortcuts. No compromises. Just matcha done right.
Step 1: Shading
We shade our leaves for weeks to unlock that vibrant green magic.
Step 2: Harvesting
Only the youngest, most tender leaves make the cut for our blends.
Step 3: Steaming
A quick steam locks in the fresh color and prevents any bitterness.
Step 4: Drying
Gently air-dried to perfection for a final, vibrant glow-up.
Step 5: Separation
We filter out the stems to ensure only the purest leaf material remains.
Step 6: De-vein
Every tough vein is removed, leaving behind a soft, silky texture.
Step 7: Tencha
Meet the "raw" leaf—pure, de-veined, and ready for the stone mill.
Step 8: Grinding
Slowly stone-ground into the silky-smooth powder you know and love.

This matcha is so good and it’s so easy to make. It’s better than Starbucks, but that doesn’t take much. It is smooth and delicious my favorite way to have it is with oat milk and vanilla.
The kit is so cute, the pale yellow color is like sunshine in the morning and the matcha is chef's kiss. Everything you need to make your matcha in one box.
It’s a great design - the spout is useful for pouring and the two indentations make it easy to hold without slipping. I also use it for rough estimate of the amount of water to use.
