Dear CTFam / Communiti,

When we first started Craft Tea Fox almost 4 years ago, at a farmer's market, we had no idea where it would take us. 

In the past 4 years, we've gone from making bottled lattes by hand, delivering tens of thousands of lattes during a global pandemic, to providing delicious Matcha for a community of over 30,000 customers and friends. 

We've learnt and grown so much since, but your satisfaction has been our greatest accomplishment. It's still an absolute delight to hear from happy customers that we made their day.

Why the Name Change?

Through our interactions with the CTFam, we've known for a while that Craft Tea Fox hasn't always been easy to remember. It's a cute name, but it doesn't slide off the tongue. 

Many of you guys have been calling us Craft Tea (or some variation of it) anyway. ;)

So, we're excited to announce that we are rebranding to Crafti.

This new name gives us greater flexibility. We have plans to introduce more exciting products and services soon that go beyond tea alone.

Our Mission Remains the Same 

We started out making healthy, tasty lattes, but our mission remains the same - to help you feel good and live fully, through better health. 

We'll do this by delivering Feel Good Superfoods, so you can have the Vitaliti you need for meaningful living. Our goal is to deliver your daily dose of wellness, through nutrition and beyond. 

What This Means For You

Not much, actually.

Our product quality remains unchanged. We remain dedicated to providing high-quality tea and Matcha, and this principle of quality will continue to run in everything we do. 

To minimise wastage, we may use some packaging with our older brand designs during this transition - please be assured that the quality remains the same. 

We're thankful to have been part of your wellness journey so far. As Crafti, we'll do our best so we can continue to serve you in as many ways as possible.
