My go to matcha decent for its price compared to many other brands :) makes vibrant and pretty matcha, I always start with cold water to whisk into a paste (w bamboo whisk) then add warm water for the best taste.
My friend recommended me this ceremonial uji matcha, and like the texture. I make this uji matcha with my orange juice.
First tried it out of curiosity + i was in a matcha addict phase. lol. the frother and scoop were really convenient and matcha flavour was good. i think the good thing about makin your own matcha is that you can control the flavour/taste yourself, and even experiment? with other liquid/milk. personally i enjoy it very much w/ oatmilk :)
